These terms apply when you use the Xamally app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Xamally does

Xamally builds a study plan from the courses, exam dates and preferences you enter, reminds you about sessions, and tracks your progress. The plan is a suggestion to help you organise your time. It does not guarantee any exam result, and you stay responsible for your own studies.

Your account

You can use the app without an account. If you sign in (with Apple, Google or an emailed code), keep access to that account safe; you are responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > "Delete all my data".

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features need a purchase: a one-time pack for one exam period, or a yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. A yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer it or its servers, and don't upload anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to share as promise or reward content.

Your content

Everything you enter or upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or exam results.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
